Absolutely, willpower is too expensive. The five questions are interesting. One place I'd push, though. Distress tolerance still keeps the distress at full strength. You're widening the gap between discomfort and escape, training yourself to sit in the heat longer. That works, but it stays expensive, because the heat is still there every time. There's a different move possible. Don't tolerate the resistance better. Neutralize it, so the next action isn't a thing you withstand, it's just the next action. When the charge is gone there's no gap to hold and nothing to outlast.
